We were founded to do one thing well: bring serious AI engineering and senior consulting judgement together, in a small enough team that nothing gets lost in translation between strategy and implementation.

Day One Advisory was launched by people from operations, engineering, and delivery backgrounds — practitioners who had built and run systems inside organisations and had seen the same gap repeatedly.
Technology bought, technology not landing. Strategy decks commissioned, strategy not implemented. Pilots launched, pilots abandoned. The gap between procurement and adoption was where most of the work — and most of the cost — sat.
Day One was formed to close that gap. Not by writing more recommendations, but by building the systems and operating them until they work.
